Delivery

Subscription boxes
All subscription boxes are despatched within 3-5 days of your subscription renewning by Royal Mail second class delivery. You will therefore receive your order 2-3 business days later. Postage for all subscription boxes is free.
 
Retail Orders
All retail orders are despatched within 5 days by Royal Mail (either 1st or second class depending on your order preference). You will therefore receive your order within 2-4 business days. Postage fees are calculated in the shopping cart.

Returns

Subscription Boxes
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your subscription box, please email sales@wiredrg.co.uk in the first instance with your details and we will try to resolve. If you need to return your item, then please post this back to us at Wired Retail Group Ltd, c/o SafeStore, Unit 1 Quantum Business Park, 38 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 5NX and we will arrange a refund once we've received and inspected your item.

Cancelling Subscription Boxes
  1. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the date you sign up. You can expect to receive your box within 5-7 days of payment. When signing up for Cosy Candles monthly subscription box you are agreeing to receive a box of our soy wax melts each month for a minimum of 3 months. Your subscription will automatically renew each month and can not be cancelled within the first 3 months. After this period you may cancel at any stage. Only subscribe if you are willing to receive a box of our soy wax melts each month for the minimum 3 month period.
  2. Cancellation requests need to be made before 7 days of your renewal to allow us to to cancel your service and not process your next order. Any cancellation requests within 7 days of your renewal date will not be processed until the following month.
  3. Cancellation requests cannot be processed within 3 days of placing your order. This gives us time to process and dispatch your order. Any requests before this time will not be processed.
