No. You can cancel at any point after you've received your first box.
Postage is free with all of our monthly subscription boxes. Your box is despatched by Royal Mail.
Your box is delivered by Royal Mail, so they will leave it in a safe place, with your neighbour or will let you know so you can rearrange delivery/collect from the sorting office.
We aim to send your box out to you by the second week of each month.
Absolutely! You can pause or skip a month if needed. Simply ping us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise that for you.
Just click the link to our Account Cancellation page at the bottom of our website and complete the form. We'll take care of the rest for you.
Cancellation requests need to be made before 7 days of your renewal to allow us to to cancel your service and not process your next order. Any cancellation requests within 7 days of your renewal date will not be processed until the following month.
Cancellation requests cannot be processed within 3 days of placing your order. This gives us time to process and dispatch your order. Any requests before this time will not be processed.
