Postage is free with all of our monthly subscription boxes. Your box is despatched by Royal Mail.
It doesn't matter. We've designed our boxes to fit easily through your letterbox, so there's no need to wait at home for delivery!
We aim to send your box out to you within 5-7 days of receiving payment.
Absolutely! You can pause or skip a month if needed. Simply log into your admin area and follow the instructions.

Cancellation requests need to be made before 7 days of your renewal to allow us to to cancel your service and not process your next order. Any cancellation requests within 7 days of your renewal date will not be processed until the following month.
Cancellation requests cannot be processed within 3 days of placing your order. This gives us time to process and dispatch your order. Any requests before this time will not be processed.
